What your council own and manage
The Parish Council owns and is responsible for £1.5 million of assets including bus shelters, noticeboards, village signs, CCTV, various fences and gates and the Playing fields and equipment at Broadway and Austen Court,
It also owns and maintains the Hobby Centre and Pavilion’s external toilets.
The Village Hall and Cliff Cleaver Pavilion are owned by the Council but run via two management committees, these buildings are separately valued.
It is consulted on planning applications within the Parish and is responsible for disaster management.
